Hypur Inc. (Hypur) VP of Business Development, Tyler Beuerlein, has been selected to join the board of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) Banking Access Committee (BAC).
This appointment further validates Hypur’s status as a cannabis banking thought leader and the importance of our marijuana bank compliance technology that bridges the gap between traditional financial institutions and the unique needs of banking Marijuana-Related Businesses (MRBs).
NCIA is the only national trade association advancing the interests of the legitimate and responsible cannabis industry. The organization is leading the unified and coordinated campaign to ensure this emerging sector is treated fairly under federal law.
As a Banking Access Committee member, Tyler will share his expertise on issues affecting the compliant banking of cannabis and other cash-intensive businesses. With Hypur, Tyler has led the charge of educating banks, businesses, and consumers on how to tackle the challenges in this highly regulated industry.
He joins a committee of the leading voices at the forefront of the cannabis industry including representatives from Eaze, Tidel Engineering, L.P., Vicente Sederberg LLC, Hardcar, and more.
